Who we Are ?

The Founder Director, Ms. Lathika Satyanath commenced this innovative IT Finishing school, in Calicut, following the testimonial drive from the alumni community. Renowned for the quality measurement, reliability analysis and improvement, our Director is a postgraduate with IHRD Certification. Started her career in 1990 as an ITC Trainer, she possess 20 years of professional experience from an International IT Training institute spread over 35 countries as Academics Head. Driven by her passion to impart knowledge through easy explanations and her prolonged experience, she is proficient in all most all languages (Basic, Cobol, C,C++,Java,C# etc…..),RDBMS (ORACLE,SQL Server,MYSQL,DB2,INGRESS etc….), Operating Systems (DOS, Windows, UNIX, LINUX…) and current technologies .NET,JEE, and Open Source Ms. Lathika Satyanath has also published various editions of Programming in C++, Programming in Visual Basic, HTML Hand Book etc.. She is popular among the Kerala population through her regular articles in IT Magazines, especially IT Lokam. Ms. Lathika Sathyanath started her own venture in 2005 . It was named as ITCAPs. A special training centre giving capsule crash course for engineers (B Tech, M Tech, MCA ). Hundreds of students got trained and presently working in different MNC s like, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, CTS, etc… in India as well as abroad. The Idea of Finedge struck due to the persuasive compulsion of the Past students who stand testimony to Career Excellence.
